In the past, many people placed more weight on job stability than job satisfaction. They pursued the concept "lifelong job" when they chose the company or the field. However, as the society has changed rapidly with new technology, any companies haven't ensured the lifelong employment of their employees. Also, the young people always look for another company while working for a company to improve their career or meet their satisfaction. As for young people, job satisfaction is more important than job stability.
