How does waking up early affect productivity? Explain.

Most contemporary people tend to stay up and get up late due to busy work schedules and demanding daily routines. Despite insufficient sleep, is it helpful for us to wake up early? In my opinion, waking up early plays a significant role in productivity. Compared to starting the day late, people can secure much more time by getting up early. Thanks to this benefit, I also always try to get up early in the morning. As a result, I usually have enough time to relax every night since I complete all the tasks I need to do. I've also experienced improved focus and clearer thinking. According to 'College Life and Meals', one of the most renowned academic journals in Korea, over 85.2% of students, who consistently wake up early, have shown better academic performance. Some people disagree with the opinion since waking up late allows them to get sufficient sleep. However, getting up early exposes people to more sunlight, which helps regulate their biological rhythms and improve sleep quality.
