There are increasing several gap between big companies and small companies in many ways. One of them is perks including family health checkup and resort pass. It is natural that young generation prefer to big company unconditionally.

To be honest, if I were a young worker, I would also enjoy the perks given by companies. However, as we mature and realize, salary compensation is better than perks because they are more stable and legal. I hope workers won't be deceived with these arrangements unless both are included.
