I can't think of suitable situations right now where cheating would be acceptable. Of course, it is easy to think that it should not be allowed under any circumstances. However, I think there must be situations that I couldn't think of, so I want to leave an acceptable possibility. This is because life and death are at stake or people become definitely weak-hearted towards the weak. Just like Valjean stole bread. Unless our life is truly at stake, we should not cheat. Because only then can society remain safe and many people can live safely in it. In that sense, I would like to say that it is unacceptable.
