It is very of a serious issue in Korea social problems. But I think that national policy and digital company make teenagers addicted. Digital company provide mobile phone and gambling apps free and very fast as if those are a technology of future. As a result , so many problems happen such as gambling addiction.

I understand what you mean.  Gambling destroys lives and people. Once a person is addicted to gambling, they can go beyond what they are not expected to do. In the TV series Squid Game, the main character was addicted to gambling and his last resort was to join the game to win the pot money. Believe it or not, it happens to reality
