When traveling to Twain, I saw many people enjoy stinky tofu. The smell of the food was so bad that we passed by the restaurant quickly holding out our noses. I wonder how Twain people enjoy the food regardless of the strong smell.

I couldn't agree more! I cannot imagine myself eating stinky tofu because I am very sensitive to smell, and as you know, appetite is sometimes based on smell.
