Why do our interests change over time?

ȸ ÷ֽ ۹
We think we know ourselves better than anyone else. But in fact, we live without knowing much of ourselves. In college, many people change their major because they don't have a right major. As we get older, we get to know more about the world, and our view of the world becomes wider and wider. We meet a lot of good people that we didn't know, and we experience a really good world. We later discover that much of what we were so obsessed with in our youth is actually not very important. Getting older makes one wiser. Getting older is not a process toward death, but a process that is becoming more and more mature. Eventually, as we get older, we get to know ourselves better, what is more precious, and what must be achieved. These are the reasons why our interests change.
