I think i should usually wear casual clothes but should wear a shirt on important day.
Usually, a little comfortable and casual clothes increase the efficiency of our working,
but I think wear too casual clothes is not good manners.

I agree! Casual clothes allow us to work comfortably, but being too casual can look unprofessional. So, when meeting clients or attending business meetings, it would be nice to wear business attire.
