Im not sure about that. According to some psychologist, the children under 2 years old should avoid to contact the internet. And children between 2 to 5 yeays old could be allowed to use internet for 1 hour a day and they would recommend to watch the educational contents. Over 6 years old, they can access internet freely, but must do under parental supervision.
