I try to make it to most of my appointments with my friends or clients. (The social workers usually call someone who receive benefits of social welfare service "client".) But sometimes I forget my appointment with clients, because I focus on urgent tasks in office. After I realized that, I call to my clients and apologize that I don't make an appointment. Fortunately, most clients understand it! And then, I try to reschedule with my clients.
