Do you always care for strangers? Why or why not?

I usally care for strangers. Because there is a light bright in front of my house . And there is a wandering police because of an elementary school. So I can go around when it is dark outside. But, I care for strangers more when there is a serious crime. It may be happen to anyone, anytime, and anywhere. So we should always care for strangers and do not get around alone.
