I believe it's to go swimming in the morning. I feel positive and happy when I do something in the morning especially productive things. The mood of the day is depending on how I start in the morning. In case of swimming, it's an excercise that makes me healthy and a good habit as well. I can be more energetic and wake up early and regularly. Actually the habbit of going swimming has been just 4 months, but I like it very much. I can say that my life is change before and after of swimming.
