What drink do you often have but best avoided?

I often drink coffee but I have to reduce time to drink it. Because I'm sensitive to caffeine. When I drank coffee for the first time, I was okay that moment. So I used to drink two times a day. But one day my heart got weird. My heart beat went faster and I also was hard to breath. Eventually I had to cut out caffeine for health. Therefore I've been drank a decaffeinated coffee or a half of coffee. And that's why I usually drink a tea or water now.
