I don't know exactly the rules and laws of other countries and I can't see how strict our traffic rules and laws are. Still, I think that the laws of our country are not loose. The police keeps watching most of the traffic on the streets with automated cameras. On the highways, there are police officers. They have no generousity or flexibility in catching and imposing fines on traffic violators.
