I think Georgia is not a modern country in a technological terms. Basically Internet wasn't working well even in the capital city, Tbilisi as well as countryside. Most of hotels have bedrooms with manual keys. Even some hotels and restaurants don't have air-conditioning systems. Above all there aren't enough we'll organized public transportations.
