When giving up something

Last week three students stopped our classes in my academy, for they don't want to struggle to pass the test or some exams. And they don't want further studies. They think our classes are too demanding and difficult for them. But my instructors in charge of them don't think that. They complain that some students have no persistence to endure some demanding courses and they give up very quickly.

Hi, Gi Yean!
It's sad to hear that some students would quit attending the academy just because they encounter difficulties. As we've discussed in class, students become lazier because they experienced a more convenient way of learning during the pandemic. Encouraging perseverance and resilience in facing challenges is crucial for their academic growth.
