Do you think you should tip the staff in restaurants? Why or why not?

I don't think I should tip the staff in restaurants. When restaurant owners need staff, the CEO makes a contract with the staff that includes their salary. I should pay for the food at the restaurant. I don't need any services, and I don't have any obligation to pay the staff. The CEO should have an obligation to pay the staff. I want someone to remove all of the tipping culture. Korea is okay, but food in America is very expensive. It is not pleasant to pay the tip without any impression.

Hi, MK!
I agree with you that the employees are the responsibilities of CEOs or owners of the restaurant and that giving tips should not be required. Actually, the tipping culture in my country is quite common because of low salaries of employees. However, as I've mentioned, it is not the obligation of customers, but still, some want to help by giving tips.
