Personally, I think first impression is quite important regarding in working especially. Many are working in there workplaces with varies people and we tend to have bias according to their face impressions, ways what they said and so on. And, we could be influenced by our further relationships accordingly. For example, when I meet coworkers or people in my hospital, if somebody seems like be rude to some extent, I am reluctant to treat friendly and that tends to maintain within the relationship. That is why, we have to be kind and nice to others regardless of our feelings.
