I think taking risks is a double-edged sword. Like"no pain no gain", we cannot accomplish something great without taking risks. Especially in business fields, there are many risks such as investing or introducing a new system. Actually I took some risks in opening and managing my academy. And I purchased my current house when our country was going through IMF. I thought that crisis is a opportunity to do things. But taking risks sometimes brings unpleasant and hazardous results. As I am older, I am cautious and careful. I try to avoid talking risks .

I agree with you! Every risk we take is an opportunity for learning and discovering our strengths and full potential. If there are no risks, I think there would be no growth as well. However, I also think that we should be accountable and be able to assess potential consequences with the risks that we are planning to make.
