I think it is true.
I heard that even some graduates from top university are not very easy to find a job, especially in Korea or China.
It is probably because of the economic condition one's country has, so the hiring rate could be very low.
Maybe at the same time, good and easy job opportunities were already fully taken by previous generation and the young people tend to find soft jobs only.
