Why do some people avoid watching or reading the news?

I think some young people not interested economy and society. because they are busy about working and playing. and now a days, many people is personal. and many fake news exist. so it's hard to discern real news. many broadcast is different political inclination. so broadcast content is different each broadcasting station. so we have to watch many different types of news.
