It is very normal to feel less confident and vulnerable when we cannot make our sentences perfect in learning a second language such as English. however, even if I am already a teacher in English, sometimes, I feel the same as you do- less confident and vulnerable in committing mistakes. Because we are not native speakers, if we do not put more effort in creating good sentences, we can really make mistakes sometimes.

Thus, the continuous effort you make demonstrate in class already make you a winner in the road of making yourself better in English. When you speak English in Taiwan, no one will be better in answering the questions of journalist but you. So stay focused and keep getting better everyday. You are on the right track.
