One of the movies that influenced my life is Inside Out1. When this movie was unsealed I was a teenager student in acute puberty. I was undergoing drastic changes of emotions and was in the process of realizing my identity. Through this movie I was able to understand the need of each feelings, including typical negative emotions such as anger and sadness. I learned that what I have to do in the middle of swirling emotion is not suppressing uncomfortable feelings but embracing each emotions as natural me. This movie impacted me a lot, because I was immature teenager when I first saw this movie. I think this is one of the starting points that my thought began to be more profound.
