I never seen neighbor doing the party. My neighbor is almost old people. But if I see this situation, I can't allowed it. I think that anyone don't have to disturb neighbor's rest time, either for their fun. I heard at news that neighbor fighted at the some village. Because they were party untill wee hours. They were very loud, and lighted lit. So neighbor could't sleep. Neighbor asked to be quiet, but they could't do it. Neighbor was very angry, so reported to the police. I think that we have to keep our manners and don't have to do damage to other people.

I understand this situation. Did you know that my city has a "Silent Night Ordinance"? People are not supposed to create loud noises after 10 pm. (except Christmas and New Year, of course). If a neighbor is still noisy after that hour, we can just remind them that it's past 10 pm, and if they don't listen, we can call the police, and most people don't like to do that since it is bothersome.
