In my opinion, one of the most important qualities leaders need to have is tolerance about discomfort. When leading a group as a leader, uncomfortable and unexpected situations consequentially happens, even though the leader has great leadership and works hard. I believe that accepting the anger triggered by these inevitable circumstances and moving on is what leader should do. As leader endures it, the group can go to next step. Also, in every group their are at least one person who doesn't match with one. If a person is just a member, it is unnecessary to cope with the awkward person. On the other hand, if a person is a leader it is essential to embrace all the members without discrimination. At this point leader has to endure the discomfort of engaging with a person who doesn't match.
