I think hardest thing about apology is needing brave. Even if we really admired our faults, it is really hard to apologize at first. Furthermore, sometimes we need to apologize when we don't make a fault because we prevent the situations from getting worse. Then we may feel ashamed or have to take responsibility because of my apology.
