How do you usually decide when to save money and when to spend it?

now a days i want to buy many things. but i don't buy everything. becuase my money and property is limited. so i think, 'this thing is really need to me?...' example same as plastic models, clothes, and watches.. these things are just types of hobby, not necessity. so i buy after i think for one~two month. but i don't save money eat things. if i want to eat something, i eat it. because i feel good when i want to eat food.

Thank you for doing your homework. It's the same for me. When it comes to luxury items or things that are not really needed, I think about whether to buy them or not, but when it comes to food, I willingly spend money on it because I believe that good food is like a reward for my hard work.
