What are your healthy and bad eating habits?

My healthy eating habits are that I try to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a certaing time. I also try not to skip breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Especially, I try to eat breakfast, which seems to be due to my mother's lifestyle. This is because my mother thinks that breakfast is a must to cheer up to study and work harder, so she encourages all of my family to eat breakfast. My bad eating habits are that I overeat or binge eat when I'm stressed out. I should eat carefully because I think I'm relieving stress by overeating or binge eating maybe. Also, I like salty, spicy, and greasy food, and I love fried food among greasy food. But salty, spicy, and greasy foods are mostly unhealthy foods, so I try to eat them with that in mind. Well, I think there are more bad eating habits than healthy eating habits. I should try to change it!

It's nice to know that you have good eating habits. Having breakfast and not skipping meals are really important.
It allows you to have the energy you need throughout the day. 
I also relate to your bad eating habit of binge eating. It is the same with me.
