umm. there are about two situations. first situation is, when very important issue is finished.(well resorved) co-worker feeling happy and relief. so senior of co-worker is saying "Lets call it a day!" and we are laught and good mood. second situation is, when there isn't much time until work. remained many work, but don't finished today. so senior of co-worker is saying "Lets call it a day!", so this day is finished, but we work very hard on next day.

first situation is, when very important issue is finished.(well resorved)
>> The first situation is when a very important issue has been resolved (well resolved)
co-worker feeling happy and relief.
>> The co-worker feels happy and relieved.
so senior of co-worker is saying "Lets call it a day!" and we are laught and good mood.
>> So the co-workers senior says, 'Lets call it a day!' and we laugh and are in a good mood.
second situation is, when there isn't much time until work.
>> The second situation is when there isnt much time left to work.
remained many work, but don't finished today.
>> There is still a lot of work left, but it cant be finished today.
so senior of co-worker is saying "Lets call it a day!",

so this day is finished, but we work very hard on next day.
>> So we end the day, but we work very hard the next day.
