I don't have a fixed time for coffee in my daily life. I drink coffee when I need it or I crave it.
Usually in morning class, it is hard to concentrate on the class because I feel drowsy. Coffee is almost a medicine that is indispensable to focus at that time. I also demand coffee when I have to stay up late. It helps me to wake up for a longer time compared to when I endure without any chemical assist.
The moment I crave for it is when I eat lots of sweet things. Desserts are tasty, but eating too much of them makes me sick. Drinking coffee at that very instant, lets my mouth to be neutralized. I get to feel as if I haven't eat any sweet things and I can't eat more of them any amount. This can be seemed like a side effect, because having more desserts without alert can lead to gaining weight, but to me it's unquestionably an advantage.
