I tend to delay my works as much as I can. Therefore, finishing the works right before the deadlines is how I meet them.
Every time I hand in school assignments right before the time I regret it because I dislike feeling imminent and think I could have done better if had more time. For example, in my school online platform, it is systemically blocked to submit assignments as the due time passes. One time I was late a few seconds and I had to send a long pleading email to the professor to accept my assignment. Luckily it was accepted but it was shameful because I was a freshman at that time.
I still put off things right until the deadlines, but I think I'm getting better gradually through these kind of shocking and embarrassing events.
Hello, Ms. WooIn! It can be tough to break the cycle of procrastination, especially when it's become a habit, but even small improvements are progress.
