Whats the best memory you have from a family dinner?
To be honest, I don't like having dinner with my family.
Ever since I was young, I was always scolded during meals and told to lose weight, so mealtimes felt uncomfortable.
But if I didnt eat with them, Id get in even more trouble, so I forced myself to join.
Still, if I had to pick a good memory, it would be when we went on a trip to the sea and had seafood together.
I love seafood.
I still remember the sashimi and grilled clams we had that day—it makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
Hi Isabel. Thank you for sharing your thoughts so honestly. I can understand why mealtimes were difficult for you, and I admire the way you expressed those emotions in your writing. Despite the challenges, its wonderful that you have at least one cherished memory of dining with your family. Your description of the seafood was vivid and engaging. I could almost taste it! Keep expressing yourself through writing, and remember that your feelings are valid. You did a great job!
