I think we should focus on the victims' perspectives because attackers can’t truly understand how they feel. If it’s just a fight between friends, it could be considered a part of growing up. They need to talk it out and reconcile, learning something from the experience. But if it’s one-sided bullying, it should be seen as a crime. Attackers should reflect on their actions and apologize to the victims. Forgiveness is entirely up to the victims.
