this solve way is different about small issue or big small. first, when small issue, i can having many thinking and i solve this issue so fast. if no deadline. but when big issue(deadline exist) arising, i report to my co-worker and superior. and i solve about big issue. but if short time, i requested help to my co-worker. anyway small issue and big issue, i report to my superior. i think what a admit mistake is prevent the bigger issue.
