When we go abroad. We usually buy something at the dutyfreeshop by online and offline. The things which are in dutyfree shops are discounted a lot. Philippines's limit of customs is too low and strict. It is only 200dollers. I understand the discipline about customs. But they adop the tax before discount price. In addition they charge the 100% penalty on over the limit price. Most of country don't check the tax free. I think philippines's customs system should be changed. And airlines in korea have to inform the customs discipline of philippines.
