Q : Can you think of a time when the ball was in your court? What was the situation, and what did you do? Describe your experience and the outcome. A : When my company`s boss was out of office, a buyer requested urgent discount. Because of the time difference, my boss was not able to reply at that time. So, i handled it referencing another examples. For example, my boss gave 3% discount for the order over specific amount. I replied to the buyer that we can give you 3% discount if you order more than specific amount. Finally, we got the order and my boss agreed to give 3% discount to them.

Hi Eddy!

This was such a great example of taking responsibility and making a smart decision under pressure! You were put in a tough situation where you had to handle an important request on your own, and you did it so well. Instead of waiting and risking losing the order, you used your knowledge and past examples to make a reasonable decision. That shows strong problem-solving skills and confidence.

The fact that your boss later agreed with your decision proves that you made the right call. It also shows that they trust you to handle things when theyre not around. Thats a big deal! Taking initiative like this not only helps the company but also builds your own credibility and leadership skills.

Your writing is clear and to the point, and I love how you explained the situation logically. If you want to make it even stronger, you could add a little more about how you felt at that moment. Were you nervous, confident, or unsure at first? That would help bring more depth to your story.

Overall, you did a fantastic job! Keep up this level of detail and confidence in your writing. Im looking forward to reading more from you!
