I can change mindset like salesman. I have to sell my own products. When I changed the kind of industry, I want to land my role in the strange industry. So, I studied hard technology, industry value chain, company culture and so on. And then, I have been writing the articles of my language about the issues at the Linkedin. It takes so long time. Keep it up and need to be patience.
