How do you keep yourself fit?

I work out everyday for to keep my fit and health. Before I liked to swim, now I like to kind of dance. I am trying to eat less when I have meal, expeally dinner. Because if I have big dinner, I feel that my stomach is not comfortable and can't sleep well. I think that to eat less is good for everything. I enjoy eating vegetable stew. It can make simple. It is good for health, keep fit and very delicious. You can try it. You must be like it.
