Do you believe in ghosts?

I believe in ghosts. Because I felt that the ghost came to me when I was sleeping. My consciousness is awaking but I couldn't move my body except eyes. However, I didn't open my eyes because someone (maybe a ghost) was in side from me. It was so scary. I think that I had a nightmare. I don't want to experience this again.

I think you might have what they call sleep paralysis.

I had this experience multiple times already.

The experience was really traumatic.
