Have you ever made any lifestyle changes to improve your health?

I have tried many things to change my lifestyle to improve my health. There are some changes that have succeeded and others that have failed. But regardless of whether I failed or succeeded, I think it's a good attempt just to constantly think about change. In fact, there are far more failed attempts. I spent a lot of time sitting while working, so I bought a small table for standing while working, but I did it for only a few days. I bought a lot of vegetables and fruits to improve my diet, but I couldn't eat all them and threw them away. I tried to get enough sleep but woke up early regardless of my will. But I think it was a good thing to make my routine after work to improve my health. If there is a problem, I don't eat dinner for exercise, so I have to eat irregular dinner. I think I need to find out if there is a good way.
