We have four seasons. Different plants are raised in each season. We usually cook using plants which are produced in present. Of cause we can get them anytime by raising from greenhouse. We parboiled them and add some seasoning like soybean paste,red pepper paste and garlic. Each plant has different taste like herb plant. We enjoy their specific taste. Young generation doesn't like it. They enjoy having nontraditional food.

It is interesting to hear that your country practices seasonal crops. One thing that I've realized here is that, if all countries would practice seasonal consumption, there would be no trade and globalization. If all countries are satisfied with what their own country has, there won't be greed and corruption.
