I think the technology has brought us to the better life style. First, we can call to someone just find the name in the phone. It can reduced possibility that dial the wrong number. And we ignore the number what we don't know(like a spam call). That's why I think the technology has developed our life style more convenient.

I agree that technology has definitely improved our lifestyle, especially when it comes to communication. Being able to quickly find contacts and avoid spam calls is really helpful. However, I also think that relying too much on technology can sometimes make people less attentive. For example, some people forget phone numbers easily because they rely on their devices.
