When I watch YouTube videos, I don't watch specific YouTubers but just watch videos that my Algorithm recommends. So actually I don't have a particular favorite Youtubers.
I will just share about a Youtuber whose video I enjoyed most recently. Channel name is 'hot-issue-ji' (in Korean it means "It is a hot issue~!") and it's run by a popular Korean comedian named Lee Su ji. Excluding the word 'hot' from the channel name, its Korean pronunciation is very similar to her name.
Her main content is parody of issues in South Korea. She once imitated intense Korean moms who wear same luxury brand outerwear all the time and speak in a fussy way. She exactly mimiced it with her crazy talent. Many comedians often make parodies but hers was unique. It was literally a hot issue in Korea that lots of that particular brand's outwears were on the second hand market being ashamed. She has started YouTube lately so I'm looking forward to her making other sarcastic videos using her gifted talent.
Hello, Ms. WooIn! It sounds like hot-issue-ji is such a fun channel! I love how Lee Su ji uses her unique sense of humor and talent for mimicry to dive into the quirks of South Korean culture and trends. Thank you for sharing!
