How do past experiences shape your appreciation of life?

Looking back on past experiences, especially those of my student years, I find that I was still less mature then. Being less mature means I made a lot of mistakes. However, such small mistakes are like a vaccination shot that can eventually prevent a big mistake later. My perspective in my youth was a narrow perspective that only looked at the small world related to me. But past experiences, especially those of mistakes, let me know that there is a wide world I don't know. If I compare myself to me at that time after a long time, I will see me who has grown so much, become wiser, and become more generous to others. Above all, I find out how lacking I am and how grateful I am for the life I enjoy now
