using technology during dinner

Do you think technology (TV, phones) should be allowed at the dinner table? Why or why not? actually, I think when we have a dinner alone, we are allowed using technology. but, with family or other people, I think we should better do not using that. Because interaction with others is important to have a good relationship. but we don't have a lot of time to interaction each other, so I think the time of dinner is perfect for that.
