If I'm not able to follow an important plan for day, I try to follow rest of plans. The worst result happens when I ruin whole plans because of one plan. Therefore even though I failed to follow important plan, I will do my best to cover it up with other plans. If it happens, it makes me frustrated and upset. It especially feels really bad when the day is over and I lied on the bed at midnight.
