How do you adjust your routine when unexpected things happen?

ö/2025-02-24

ȸ ÷ֽ ۹
I don't like my routine to be interrupted by unexpected things. However, if I have to adjust my routine, I do. To do that, I usually check the importance of my routine in advance on a weekly basis. It is applied when I need to adjust my routine by checking the importance in advance, such as what I should not miss every day, what I should do 4 times a week, and what I should do 3 times a week. Even if the unexpected thing is not work, it's also the case when routine adjustments are needed, such as when I absolutely need to take a break.
