I am so sorry for the miserable death of the young child. To prevent the same accident from recurring, I think that those who have mental diseases like depression or panic disorder shouldn't be allowed to work at any school before they recover completely. And most important is a regular check on safety in schools.

I agree! What happened to that child was very unfortunate. I also hope that it will never happen again, and I also hope that mental health conditions can be prevented or, if not, detected and treated early, as I have read several articles about it and how it is becoming more common nowadays.
