There are many things more important than money for young people. In particular, I think it is important encouraginge them to have the courage to pursue great dreams. Simply giving money to them may spoil them because they can’t learn the value of hard work.

Take a moment today to reflect on the small victories you’ve had so far this week, Ms. Rachel. Maybe it was crossing off an important task or simply staying positive in the face of difficulty. No accomplishment is too small to celebrate. Gratitude fuels motivation and helps shift your mindset from what’s lacking to what’s possible.
