Why do some people handle waiting better than others?

To example waiting for restaurant, first, often famous restaurant is hard to visit, so I take my time to wait. Second, i wait longer, the more hungry, so i can feel more delicious. Third, famous restaurants having different atmosphere than normal local restaurants. Most famous restaurants have a good atmosphere. i saying proud my friends that I went to the restaurant. Fifth, I can talking with my person I came with while waiting. this many reason, I am visiting while waiting for delicious restaurants.

It's nice to know that even though a lot of my students keep saying that Koreans are impatient, when it comes to good food, you are willing to wait. I also agree that the reasons you mentioned make the experience of waiting worthwhile because you can also build relationships with the person you're with while waiting and tend to appreciate the food more.
